Our commitment

RedRightBuyer is built and operated by Felted Whale LLC. We want every visitor to be able to find companies, read our research, and use our tools, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Standard we are working toward

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted international standard for making web content usable by people with disabilities.

Current status

RedRightBuyer.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, but some parts do not yet.

We completed a site-wide accessibility review in August 2026 and made the following improvements:

• Added proper labels to every form field on our public pages, so screen readers announce what each field is for
• Added a "Skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass the header and navigation
• Corrected text and background color combinations that did not have enough contrast
• Added spoken descriptions to our political lean indicator, so the score and rating are available to screen reader users and not only on hover
• Fixed heading structure and page landmarks so assistive technology can navigate our pages predictably

Known limitations

We would rather tell you what is not finished than claim more than we have earned. As of the date above:

• Screens that require a member login, including the member profile editor and business listing tools, have not yet been fully reviewed
• Our administrative tools have not been reviewed. These are internal and not available to visitors
• We have not yet completed manual testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or page zoom above 150 percent. Some layouts may not reflow correctly at high zoom levels
• Our mobile app has not yet been reviewed for accessibility
• Some third party content we link to, and content submitted by other people, may not meet the same standard

We are working through these and will update this page as we go.

Tell us about a problem

If you run into something on RedRightBuyer that you cannot use, we want to hear about it. Your report is the fastest way for us to find and fix real problems.

Email jason@redrightbuyer.com with:

• The page address where you ran into trouble
• What you were trying to do
• What assistive technology you were using, if any

We aim to respond within five business days. If something is blocking you from information you need, say so in your message and we will prioritize it.

How we test

We use a combination of automated checks against live pages and manual review. Automated testing catches only part of what matters, which is why reports from real users are valuable to us.
