Delete Your RedRightBuyer Account

RedRightBuyer, operated by Felted Whale LLC, lets you delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the RedRightBuyer app and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Open your account settings.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and the data linked to it are permanently removed.

Prefer to request deletion by email?

Email jason@redrightbuyer.com from the address on your account and we will verify ownership and delete your account for you.

Business members

If your account is linked to a Certified Member business listing, deleting your login does not delete the business listing. To delete the listing and its data, email jason@redrightbuyer.com. Deletion of member listings is handled under Section 6.5 of the Certified Member Agreement.

What is deleted

Your email address, username, and password; your comments and replies; your votes, thumbs, and Top 10 picks; your reports; your saved businesses and titles; and your blocked-user list.

What may be kept

A record of your deletion request, which may include your email address and IP address, for security purposes; records we must keep for legal, billing, tax, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons; and copies in system backups for a limited period. Retained records are kept only as long as needed, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
