When a Certified Member's account is permanently deleted by an administrator (whether at the member's request or for cause), all personally identifying member data, including contact information, business profile details, and social media URLs, is permanently removed from our systems.

Reviews submitted by visitors about a deleted member's business may remain visible on the Website in an anonymized or unlinked form. Reviews are user-generated content and represent the speech of the reviewer; they are not considered member data and are not subject to deletion when a member is removed.

5.3 Backups and Logs

Standard system backups and operational logs may retain copies of data for a limited additional period as part of disaster recovery and security operations. Such retained data is not used for active member services.

5.4 SMS and Phone Number Usage

Phone numbers collected through RedRightBuyer.com forms are used exclusively for one-time identity verification through Twilio Verify. RedRightBuyer.com does not send marketing, promotional, or notification SMS messages to verified phone numbers. We do not share phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or verification consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

The only SMS sent to a phone number entered on our forms is a single one-time verification code, delivered at the moment the user requests it, through Twilio's identity verification service.
