Free List 2026 Promotion Terms

These Free List 2026 Promotion Terms (the "Promo Terms") govern the Free List 2026 promotional offer (the "Offer") provided by Felted Whale LLC, doing business as RedRightBuyer.com ("RedRightBuyer," "we," or "us") to new Members signing up during the Offer Period. These Promo Terms supplement the Certified Member Agreement (the "MSA"), the Terms of Use, and the other policies posted on RedRightBuyer.com. In the event of any conflict between these Promo Terms and the MSA, the MSA controls.
1. The Offer
The Free List 2026 promotion provides a discount of $25 per month or $300 per year, applied to a new Member's subscription for twenty-four (24) consecutive months from the date of enrollment. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when the promotion code FREELIST2026 is entered during sign-up.
The Offer applies to all three currently available membership tiers (Certified Member, Featured, and Regional). The effective monthly or annual cost after application of the discount varies by tier and is displayed on the pricing page at the time of sign-up.
2. Eligibility and Offer Period
The Offer is available to new Members who complete sign-up at RedRightBuyer.com on or before December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST). The HST cutoff is used to provide the latest possible enrollment window for residents of any U.S. time zone. Sign-ups completed after the close of the Offer Period are not eligible for the Offer.
The Offer is available to new Members only. The Offer cannot be applied retroactively to existing subscriptions.
3. Duration of the Discount
The discount applies for twenty-four (24) consecutive months from the date the Offer is first applied to a Member's subscription, regardless of when within the Offer Period the Member enrolled.
For monthly subscribers, the discount applies to each of 24 consecutive monthly billing cycles. For annual subscribers, the discount applies to two consecutive annual billing cycles.
After the 24-month discount period ends, continued membership is governed by Section 5 (Payment Terms and Renewal) of the MSA.
4. Renewal at Standard Pricing
Continuation of membership beyond the 24-month discount period is governed by Section 5 of the MSA. Monthly subscribers will be billed at the then-current standard monthly rate beginning with the 25th billing cycle, unless cancelled before that date. Annual subscribers will not be automatically renewed; the Member will receive renewal notices in advance of the term end and must take action to continue membership at the then-current standard annual rate, as set forth in Section 5 of the MSA.
5. Promotion Code Use, Transferability, and Stacking
Use of the FREELIST2026 promotion code is subject to the technical limitations of our payment processor. RedRightBuyer may, in its sole discretion, allow or disallow combination of the Offer with other promotional codes.
The Offer is not transferable. The Offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other compensation outside of the discount described in Section 1.
6. Promotion and Lean Rating
Consistent with Section 2.1 of the MSA, application of the Offer does not influence the political lean rating, editorial classification, search ranking, or any other RedRightBuyer scoring metric for any Member. Members participating in the Offer are subject to the same editorial review process as Members paying full standard price.
7. Termination of the Offer
RedRightBuyer reserves the right to:
(a) Suspend or terminate the Offer for any Member who is in violation of the MSA, as set forth in Section 6.4 of the MSA (Suspension for Cause). Termination of the Offer in such cases results in loss of the discount. A suspended Member who later returns to good standing may continue membership at the then-current standard pricing of their tier, or may cancel as set forth in Section 6.6 of the MSA. The discount is not restored upon reactivation.
(b) End the Offer Period earlier than December 31, 2026, with reasonable advance notice posted on RedRightBuyer.com. Members who have already enrolled in the Offer before the early end date will continue to receive their discount for the remainder of their 24-month discount period, subject to subsection (a) above and the other terms of these Promo Terms and the MSA.
(c) Modify these Promo Terms with at least thirty (30) days email notice to Members already enrolled in the Offer for any material change affecting their enrollment.
8. Refunds
Membership fees, including fees paid for subscriptions enrolled in the Offer, are non-refundable except as set forth in Section 5.1 of the MSA. A Member who cancels during the discount period retains access for the remainder of the paid billing cycle and is not entitled to a prorated refund of any amount.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Promo Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Offer or these Promo Terms is subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Section 11 of the MSA, including the negotiation, arbitration, small claims, and class action waiver provisions.
10. Entire Agreement Regarding the Offer
These Promo Terms, together with the MSA, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced therein, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and RedRightBuyer with respect to the Offer. RedRightBuyer makes no other representations, warranties, or commitments regarding the Offer.
