Free List 2026 Promotion Terms

These Free List 2026 Promotion Terms (the "Promo Terms") govern the Free List 2026 promotional offer (the "Offer") provided by Felted Whale LLC, doing business as RedRightBuyer ("RedRightBuyer," "we," or "us") to new Members who sign up during the Offer Period. These Promo Terms supplement the Certified Member Agreement (the "Member Agreement"), the Terms of Use, and the other policies posted on RedRightBuyer.com. Where these Promo Terms address the price or length of the Offer, they control over the Member Agreement; in all other respects, the Member Agreement controls.

1. The Offer

A membership on any tier (Certified Member, Featured, Regional, or National) is free of charge from sign-up through the Offer End Date in Section 3. The Offer also covers any additional markets added to the membership at sign-up. No payment card is required to enroll.

The Offer is applied automatically at checkout to any new Member who signs up during the Offer Period without using another promotion code. Entering the code FREELIST2026 is optional.

2. Eligibility and Offer Period

The Offer is available to new Members who complete sign-up at RedRightBuyer.com on or before December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST) (the "Offer Period"). The HST cutoff gives residents of every U.S. time zone the latest possible enrollment window. Sign-ups completed after the Offer Period are not eligible.

The Offer is available to new Members only and cannot be applied to existing memberships. Members who enroll with a charter promotion code (such as FOUNDER50 or CHRISTIAN26) are governed by the Charter Member Promotion Terms instead of these Promo Terms.

3. When the Offer Ends

The Offer ends for all Members on December 31, 2027, at 11:59 PM HST (the "Offer End Date"), regardless of when during the Offer Period a Member enrolled. The Offer is not free for life.

• If you have added a payment method to your membership by the Offer End Date, your membership continues at the then-current standard price for your tier and billing cycle, and you will be charged beginning at the end of the Offer.
• If you have not added a payment method by the Offer End Date, your membership ends at the Offer End Date and your listing is deactivated as described in Section 6.2 of the Member Agreement.

Before the Offer End Date, RedRightBuyer will email Members at their primary account email address to explain their options for continuing membership. RedRightBuyer may, but is not required to, offer continuation options at other prices or with other features.

4. Tier Changes During the Offer

A Member may request a tier change during the Offer under Section 2.3 of the Member Agreement. RedRightBuyer will confirm in writing, before the change takes effect, whether the Offer continues to apply to the new tier.

5. Transferability and Combination With Other Offers

The Offer is not transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The Offer cannot be combined with a charter promotion code.

6. Promotion and Lean Rating

Consistent with Section 2.1 of the Member Agreement, the Offer does not influence any RedRightBuyer ranking or scoring metric. Members enrolled in the Offer choose their own political lean under Section 3 of the Member Agreement, the same as Members paying standard prices.

7. Changes to or Termination of the Offer

RedRightBuyer may:

• (a) end the Offer for a Member whose membership is suspended or removed for cause under Section 6.4 or 6.5 of the Member Agreement. The Offer is not restored if that membership is later reactivated;
• (b) end the Offer Period earlier than December 31, 2026, with reasonable advance notice posted on RedRightBuyer.com. Members already enrolled keep the Offer through the Offer End Date; and
• (c) modify these Promo Terms, with at least thirty (30) days' email notice to enrolled Members for any material change that affects them.

8. Refunds

No membership fee is charged during the Offer, so none is subject to refund. Fees charged after the Offer End Date are governed by Section 5.1 of the Member Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Promo Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Offer or these Promo Terms is subject to Section 11 of the Member Agreement, including its negotiation, arbitration, small claims, and class action waiver provisions.

10. Entire Agreement Regarding the Offer

These Promo Terms, together with the Member Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between the Member and RedRightBuyer regarding the Offer.
