James Cameron returns to Pandora more than a decade after the first film, as Jake Sully and Neytiri flee the returning human military with their children and take refuge among the ocean-dwelling Metkayina clan. Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana reprise their roles, with Sigourney Weaver in a new part, Stephen Lang back as Quaritch, and Kate Winslet as the reef clan's matriarch. Built around underwater performance capture, it became one of the highest-grossing films ever released.
