HBO's eight-episode DC Studios drama pairs veteran Green Lantern Hal Jordan with new recruit John Stewart, two intergalactic cops sent to a small Nebraska town to investigate a murder that Jordan suspects has alien roots. Kyle Chandler plays Jordan and Aaron Pierre plays Stewart, with Kelly Macdonald as the local sheriff, Garret Dillahunt, Jason Ritter, Poorna Jagannathan, Ulrich Thomsen as Sinestro, and Nathan Fillion returning as Guy Gardner. Created by Chris Mundy, Damon Lindelof, and Tom King, the series plays as a grounded heartland crime mystery in the True Detective mold and premiered August 16, 2026, with the finale set for October 4.

(1)There is a lot to know and learn about this. It is too much effort to get let down. The first two episodes are ok but I feel I am going to stop watching it soon and the juice isn't worth the squeeze
