Nathan Fillion stars as John Nolan, a forty-something divorced contractor from Pennsylvania who becomes the oldest rookie in the Los Angeles Police Department after a bank robbery makes him rethink his life. Created by Alexi Hawley, the ABC procedural follows Nolan and the younger officers in his academy class through training and the street, with Melissa O'Neil, Eric Winter, Richard T. Jones, and Alyssa Diaz. It was renewed for a ninth season in May 2026 and streams next day on Hulu.
